Shipping policy

Working Hours: 10:00 - 17:00

Working Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

- If you make an order after 12pm on an given working day, your order will be considered as the next working day for processing. 
- If you make an order on a Friday after 11am,  your order will be considered as the next working day (Monday) for processing. 

- All deliveries throughout South Africa costs R150.00 
- All deliveries typically take 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday) - there are exceptions due to circumstances which are out of our/suppliers/couriers control

Order Tracking & Multiple Deliveries

Order tracking is available by logging into or creating a Shop Account or using your tracking number (*if available and indicated) with the third party associated courier delivery tracking system.
You will otherwise get shipping and delivery updates with the email address you used to fulfil your order.  
You may also request for Order Updates via SMS, in choosing this option local phone charges may occur. 

Providing you have received a tracking number for your order, we, Cheeky Hour, are not responsible for any delivery delays, loss of goods, damaged item/s or any other related situations to your order
